HOW TO ORDER FROM OUR ONLINE STORE?

2. Navigate to the BOOKS menu and select a category under the COLLECTION section.
3. Browse the available titles and click ADD TO CART for the book you would like to purchase.
4. Enter the desired quantity for your order.
5. Click the CHECKOUT button.
6. On the checkout page, fill in your complete details, including your delivery address, mobile number, and preferred payment method.
7. Click the Complete Order button to finalize your purchase.
8. Wait for a billing invoice to be sent to your email with payment instructions.
9. Send your proof of payment to: [email protected]
10. Once your payment is verified, we will email your shipment details.
* Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 working days after full payment is received.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Option 1: BPI Bank Deposit or Online Bank Transfer to our BPI Account.

NOTE: A billing invoice with payment details will be sent to your email.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

Metro Manila Areas: Starts at Php 80.00 (Delivery Timeline: 2-3 working days)
Provincial Areas: Starts at Php 140.00 (Delivery Timeline: 3-7 working days)
Note: Shipping costs may differ depending on your location and the order quantity.
Courier providers we use:
Metro Manila: GoGo Xpress
Provincial Areas: J&T Express and LBC Express
Note: Courier providers have their own dispatching and delivery processes. We recommend checking their tracking portals regularly for real-time shipping updates. Rest assured, we will also monitor the shipment on our end until it is successfully delivered.
* For Same-Day Delivery, the buyer is responsible for arranging pickup through services such as Lalamove, Grab, or similar providers. We accommodate same-day delivery from 9:00am to 3:00pm only. Our pick-up location is at Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING?
Yes, but please be advised that international shipping fees from the Philippines are quite EXPENSIVE and may exceed the cost of the book itself. If you wish to proceed with your international order, kindly email us at [email protected] and indicate the book you wish to order.
Note: Import duties and any other applicable taxes (as required by your country) will be the responsibility of the buyer.”

Yes, but subject for management approval. Please send your proposal and terms of consignment at [email protected].
CAN WE INVITE CHAMBER SHELL PUBLISHING FOR BOOK FAIRS, WORKSHOPS AND OTHER EVENTS?
Yes, but subject for management approval. Please email us your invitation at [email protected] and indicate the following:
- Name and contact information of the person in charge
- Terms and conditions of the event
- Schedule and duration of the event
- Location of the event (please specify whether it is indoor or outdoor)
CAN YOU PUBLISH MY BOOK?
As of the moment, we are NOT accepting new titles from other writers/creators.
CAN YOU DISTRIBUTE MY BOOK?
Are you an independent, self-published author who needs help getting your book into the big bookstores and various other outlets and events? Then maybe we can be of some service! We can handle deliveries to retail outlets, sales reporting, collection, and help in marketing. And we do not ask for any upfront fees as we simply get a cut out of any books you sell. Drop us an email at [email protected] and we can talk about how we can help get your book out to more readers while you get to focus more on what you want to do: the writing!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every book purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to the following guidelines:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days after date of purchase.
- Please email us at [email protected] with your order information and proof of purchase, along with the reason for return. Kindly include a short video or clear photos of the damaged item.
- Once we receive your email request, we will notify you within 5 business days regarding the approval or rejection of your return, and whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
- Approved refunds will be remitted to the buyer within 5–10 business days, the amount is equal to the total cost of the purchased items.
- If a replacement is approved, we will send the new item free of charge.
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted products
- Books that exhibit signs of use, damage, wear, or are no longer in their original condition.
- Orders with incorrect information provided by the buyer (e.g., wrong shipping address or wrong order item).
