HOW TO ORDER FROM OUR ONLINE STORE?
- Visit our website at www.chambershell.com.
2. Navigate to the BOOKS menu and select a category under the COLLECTION section.
3. Browse the available titles and click ADD TO CART for the book you would like to purchase.
4. Enter the desired quantity for your order.
5. Click the CHECKOUT button.
6. On the checkout page, fill in your complete details, including your delivery address, mobile number, and preferred payment method.
7. Click the Complete Order button to finalize your purchase.
8. Wait for a billing invoice to be sent to your email with payment instructions.
9. Send your proof of payment to: [email protected]
10. Once your payment is verified, we will email your shipment details.
* Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 working days after full payment is received.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Option 1: BPI Bank Deposit or Online Bank Transfer to our BPI Account.

NOTE: A billing invoice with payment details will be sent to your email.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIMELINE?
First, you must fill-out the shipping address then we will send you an email of the total cost.
The estimated shipping timelines are as follows:
Metro Manila Areas: 1-2 Days
Provincial Areas: 3-7 Working Days
Courier providers we use:
GOGO Xpress (metro manila areas) / J&T Express & LBC Express (provincial areas)
NOTE: Please be advised that the Courier providers have their own dispatching and delivery process. Please regularly check their tracker portal for shipping status and updates. On our part, we will keep on monitoring your shipping status until delivery is completed. If there’s an issue or delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via EMAIL.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING?
Yes, but please be advise that International Shipping Fee here in the Philippines is VERY EXPENSIVE – it cost more than the price of the book. If you are willing to shoulder the expensive shipping fee, email us at [email protected]

Yes, but subject for management approval. Please send your proposal and terms of consignment at [email protected].
CAN WE INVITE CHAMBER SHELL PUBLISHING FOR BOOK FAIRS, WORKSHOPS AND OTHER EVENTS?
Yes, but subject for management approval. Please email us at [email protected] and indicate the following:
- Schedule and Duration of the book fair/event
- Location (indicate if indoor or outdoor)
- Name and Contact details of the person in charge.
Your invite request is subject for approval.
CAN YOU PUBLISH MY BOOK?
As of the moment, we are NOT accepting new titles from other writers/creators.
